Why goals are important?
According to the MBA project writer, by setting goals, you trigger new behaviors, guide your focus, and help sustain your motivation. A goal promotes self-mastery as well as aligning your focus. It is impossible to manage or improve what you do not measure appropriately.
The goal-setting process usually results in a vision, or at least a “plan” for getting us in the right direction. They serve a purpose – that’s what they’re for. We create our own goals through our purpose, rather than serving them.
